I "Discovered" This Secret Drink That Gives an Abundance of Energy & Nutrients. Now I Happily
Share It With You
When I first started taking bee pollen in my late teens, I was quite happy with the energy it gave me
as well as the necessary nutrients I needed as well.
While working in a health food store at that time, I was taught a lot by the store's owner.
He had a master's degree in herbal medicine and had personall trained with the legendary naturopathic doctor and master herbalist Dr. John R.
Christopher.
I listened to him whenever I could and his advice was always enlightening and useful.
One day, during a lull in customers coming into the store, he regaled me regarding the wonders of ginseng. I asked him, "What if I combined
ginseng tea with some bee pollen granules and maybe some honey for taste?"
I thought of the honey as a masking agent for the bee pollen granules have a very distinctive chalky taste I don't particularly like.
He mused, "That might be a nice combination." So, I tried some the next day.
I'm glad I took it in the morning because for the entire day I had an avalanche of energy and I mean anavalanche! I went water skiing, played
basketball, practiced some archery, and then played multiple sets of tennis and went to a dance later that night!
It was like a "drug" only there was nothing illegal or unethical about it. And, there were no side effects -- unless you consider a lot of
energy a problem.
Through the years, I've never had that experience of such overflowing energy since, but I still experience a tangible uptake in energy.
This drink is simple to make.
Here's the recipe.
One packet of ginseng tea
One goodly sized teaspoon or tablespoon of bee pollen granules
One helping teaspoon of bee's honey
One large coffee or tea cup
Boiling water
The tea should be boiled and after the water is poured into the tea cup, the ginseng tea should be added, then the honey and bee pollen
granules. Mix and sip. The water should be the highest quality water you have available, of course.

Regarding the ginseng tea, there is something I need to mention to you. Ginseng quality is marked by low quality and high
quality. You can spend upwards over $100 for actual ginseng.
Ginseng teas can be expensive but most are very affordable -- like in the $10 to $11 USD range. Such as this one here. Or, you can click on the Korean ginseng tea graphic as well and the link will take you to it where you can check it
out.
What does ginseng taste like? It has a nice earthy and sometimes pungent taste that is pleasant. It's not harsh or bad tasting at
all. It's distinctive as with most medicinal herbs or foods.
I actually enjoy drinking it just for taste and have been drinking it for years.

I lived in Korean for a few years while in my late teens and early twenties. I saw many ginseng fields (in Korean, ginseng is
called "een-sam"). Typically the Korean ginseng is of a high quality and is popular the world over.
