and more as a supplement to athletes and non-athletes alike.
It used to be a "boutique" supplement used mostly by athletes but no more.
Its phenomenal nutritional profile is no longer a secret and its anti-aging capability, not to mention its amazing energy-giving functionality
has garnered it a lot of attention both among health enthusiasts but among the scientific community as well.
Although more and more studies are being done, there is still a dearth of research projects that have been finished. Still, there are
some.

There you have it. Bee pollen is a fantastic wonderfood or naturally occuring multi-vitamin that
one researcher C. Leigh Broadhurst, Ph.D. (2005) says, "Bee pollen is a powerhoiuse -- I would call it the ultimate nutraceutical" (p.
52).
I've been taking bee pollen over 25 years. It's fantastic and I've personally experienced great health benefits from it including more
energy, better skin and increased libido.
So, I do recommend you take a bee pollen supplement whether in granule form or as a manufactured pill or capsule. The one I take is the best I've found
on the market and is pharmaceutical grade quality made in a GMP-compliant facility, but choose and study for yourself.
